How do I upload a new photo?
You’ve received a new image request and would like to send us a new photo.
We offer a couple of easy options to share your photo with us:
1. In the email you received about the new image, you can use the link to upload the new photo.
2. You can submit a new ticket
here and upload the photo as an attachment. Please mention your order number.
Please keep these tips in mind for your new image:
- Make sure your pet's full face and chest are in view.
- A photo of your pet sitting down or standing works best.
- Make sure there is adequate light to capture all of their colors.
You’ve placed your order, and you want to change your selected image.
Once your order is placed, we usually can make changes within 4 hours, since we begin production as quickly as possible. If you're within that 4-hour window, you can
submit a ticket to send us the new photo you would like to use for your order.
